What Is The Recommended Dosage?

When introducing a new supplement, we recommend beginning with 1 at a time and/or the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines. Reduce to a tolerable dosage if adverse effects occur.

Can the Stomach Support Bundle cause detox symptoms?

Since all the supplements in this bundle support the body's natural detoxification processes, it's possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, gas, and headaches. This will depend on the individual and varies from person to person. If detox symptoms occur, please speak with your healthcare practitioner to make adjustments. All capsules can be opened and combined with juice and water if needed.

Can these supplements be taken with or without food?

CT-Biotic is recommended to be taken with meals for optimal digestion and absorption. All of the other supplements in this kit are recommended to be taken between meals for maximum potency. However, if you're sensitive to any of the ingredients, take them with meals.

Examples of how difficult it can be to meet the Proposition 65 .5 mcg level are for instance, a 4 ounce serving of wine contains 6.8mcg of lead which is almost 14 times higher that allowed by Proposition 65. A 4 ounce serving of raw peach contains 3.4 mcg of lead, almost 7 times the limit. And finally a 4 ounce serving of watermelon has naturally occurring levels of 4.5 mcg of lead, 9 times the accepted limits set by Proposition 65.
