I noticed a difference within just 1 week of taking Dr. Jockers Brain Calm Magnesium.
My ability to focus and get more work done really improved. Highly recommend!

Brain SuperCharge Capsules
Low energy, poor memory and brain fog are major problems for many individuals. Lowered cognitive function results in lowered working efficiency, relationship disputes and significantly reduced quality of life. Millions of children and adults in America today struggle with mental fatigue, learning, reading & attention challenges.
The United States has an epidemic of childhood neurodevelopmental disease such as autism, ADHD, Asperger’s and mental retardation. Much of this could be remedied if these individuals knew how to take care of their body and maximize their brain energy. A natural diet and innate lifestyle can dramatically benefit children’s brain development, boost IQ, and improve learning processes.
As a clinician, I used to put together about 10 different supplements in order to create the nutritional blend we find in Brain SuperCharge™ This product is an exciting breakthrough in the natural health world for optimal brain health and cognitive acceleration so you can live at your highest level.
The Brain SuperCharge™ formulation represents more than 30 years of neuroscience research. As a key component of a complete program to support optimal brain function, Brain SuperCharge™ improves mitochondrial energy production and provides generous antioxidant support to combat the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain.*
Here are the Key Ingredients:
This is a collaboration of unique supplemental compounds that dramatically benefit brain development and regeneration to improve our quality of life.
Coenzyme Q10 is an anti-oxidant enzyme within the mitochondria. This anti-oxidant regenerates other antioxidants such as vitamin E. Its major role is helping the mitochondria harvest energy producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) from the foods we eat. More than 75% of our energy is produced through the use of CoQ10 (1).
Cancer patients have been found to have low CoQ10 levels. This limits their ability to prevent against oxidative stress targeted at their DNA which leads to altered cellular function and abnormal cell development. CoQ10 supplementation has also been shown to be effective at slowing cancer growth and preventing its development (2, 3, 4).
CoQ10 has also been shown to improve brain health and reduce the severity and frequency of migraine headaches. Additionally, low CoQ10 is linked to degenerative neurological diseases. Supplemental coQ10 has been shown to strengthen the neuronal cell mitochondria and be a potent defense against neurological degeneration (5, 6,7).
N-Acetyl L Cysteine: (NAC)
This is a precursor to glutathione which is the body’s primary anti-oxidant that neutralizes free radicals and detoxifies harmful substances. A powerful anti-oxidant found within every cell in your body, glutathione has many key functions. One of glutathione’s most important roles is to defend the cell against wastes and toxins (8).
NAC has been shown to improve blood flow and blood vessel integrity in individuals with hyperglycemia (9). It has also been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and create more stable post meal blood sugar responses (10). NAC supplementation has additionally been able to reduce oxidative stress and the negative effects of glycation in the body (11).
Alpha Lipoic Acid: (ALA)
This is a unique and powerful anti-oxidant that has both water and fat soluble properties. This unique characteristic allows it to be absorbed and transported into many organs and systems such as the brain, liver and nerves.
Lipoic acid is able to regenerate vitamins C and E and other major anti-oxidants such as glutathione and CoQ10. Lipoic acid protects the mitochondria, the energy producing factories of cells, from being damaged by oxidative stress so they can produce energy more efficiently (12).
There is overwhelming evidence that ALA is critical for maintaining insulin sensitivity, optimal blood sugar levels and blood vessel integrity. This is important for metabolic syndrome, high blood glucose, healthy blood pressure and heart health (13, 14).
This nutrient is critical for fat metabolism and energy production in the cellular mitochondria Carnitine is naturally produced in the liver and kidneys. It is used in its most concentrated in the heart and skeletal muscles where it plays an important role in energy production and detoxification. It is also found in the brain and male sperm cells (15).
L-carnitine is the bioactive form and a conditionally essential nutrient. Under normal conditions our bodies produce enough. However, certain conditions such as digestive stress, mental/emotional stress & medication usage can reduce production making this an essential dietary nutrient (16).
Carnitine helps muscle cells drive energy efficiently from fat metabolism. Up to 70% of the energy produced by muscle cells (including the heart) come from burning fats. Carnitine is the gate-keeper that allows fatty acids to pass into the mitochondrial furnace effectively (17).
Broccoli Seed Extract:
The patented form of the phytochemical in broccoli called glucoraphanin (SGS™) is a key ingredient in Brain SuperCharge.
Extensive research suggests that when glucoraphanin is enzymatically converted to sulforaphane (its active form), it safely and effectively supports the Nrf2 system, antioxidant systems, and vital phase II detoxification enzymes (18,19) This process provides protection from common toxins and xenobiotics.*
Adequate antioxidant protection from ongoing free radical damage is crucial to maintaining the health and function of the cell and, hence, tissues and organs, especially the brain. Unbridled oxidative damage can lead to metabolic disruption and organ dysfunction over time. Antioxidant-promoting phytochemicals such as SGS are considered “lifespan essentials” because they assist in maintaining health throughout adult life (20).
PS is a phospholipid that is highly concentrated in the brain and plays a key role in neuronal energy production and communication. Since very little PS is found in food, we must synthesize or supplement the amount we need for optimal brain health. Improvements in cognitive function and memory have been observed following supplementation with PS (21, 22, 23)
For some individuals, cognitive decline may be related to “age-related decline in nutrition,”(24) and early nutrition intervention may be warranted. Brain SuperCharge contains safe, non-soy based source PS and contains no animal products.*
*Four capsules of NeuroActives BrainSustain provide the same amount of N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Phosphatidylserine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Coenzyme Q10 and Glucoraphanin as one scoop of Brain SuperCharge™ powder.*
