Returns
How do I return a product?
Please reach out to our sales team to discuss your return for approval. You can reach out to us at sales@drjockers.com and we will be happy to assist you.
When do I get a refund on my return?
Once an order is returned, please allow our team 3-5 business days to verify and issue a refund. Once the refund has been issued, deposit times vary depending on your banking institution.
Where do I send my return?
Once your return has been approved, our sales team is happy to provide you with shipping information to send your product back to us.
What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund on any unopened product. Reach out to sales@drjockers.com for the return address.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday may not ship until the following business day (Monday).
How long does it take my order to arrive?
Shipping times are determined by the carrier at the time the order was placed. Most orders arrive in 5-7 business days, however, we do ask that you allow the carrier the full 10 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times begin once the carrier has scanned in the order. The day of order placement and/or fulfillment does not constitute a shipment day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do have expedited shipping options that you can see at checkout. Please note that we ask for 24-48 hours fulfillment time. Expedited shipping does not mean expedited fulfillment.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking information is emailed once the order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder and make sure its not hiding in there!
What do I do if my order says delivered but its not here?
Please check your order confirmation email to verify your shipping information was correct. Carriers require 48 hours after delivery to confirm scanning accuracy for updated delivery or to locate the order. Please let us know if your order does not arrive in 48 hours and our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you ship to my country?
International shipping policies and carriers vary. Check your country's import guidelines for updated information. The most accurate way to know if we can ship to your location is to create a cart and then enter in your address at checkout to view the shipping options. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable for international orders.
My order is damaged, can you help?

Our orders are packed by real humans and sometimes a mistake can happen. Please send us a picture of the products you received along with the white packing slip in your shipment so we can help rectify this mistake for you: sales@drjockers.com

Can I cancel an order?
We have a 24-48 hour response time on our tickets although we typically respond sooner. Once an order is placed it goes straight into processing. Please reach out to us via email - sales@drjockers.com - and title the email URGENT CANCEL, and we will do our best to stop this order before it ships. Timing of the order and the requests affect how soon an order processes. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or change order request.
Do you have a discount code?
We offer sales frequently and will have this information listed on our store page. Discount codes cannot be combined with a support pack or subscription.
Supplements
Where are your supplements sourced?
Each supplier maintains different sourcing specifications. Products are generally globally sourced although they are US manufactured. Suppliers utilize small, trusted crop fields for sourcing materials overseas and may provide their own PCR analysis to independently confirm crops are non-GMO.

Do you have third party testing on your products?
All products on DrJockers.com are FDA cGMP and NSF ANSI audited. Raw materials and finished products are third party tested to identify heavy metals, pesticides, etc. Products sold on DrJockers.com can also include these quality standards dependent upon supplier: TGA, certified CCOF Organic, Kosher, OTC, NPA, TGA, and USDA Organic Certified. We recommend that you contact the supplier as indicated on a product in question if you would like further certification information.
