Why choose ImmunoCharge?
Your immune system is a complex system that protects you from viruses, bacteria, parasites, and other pathogens. It is a complex system that’s essential for your health and survival.
Optimal immune support is important for your health at all times. As we face more stressful experiences it is even more important to strengthen your body with good immune support nutrients.
Your body was created to overcome the challenges of the environment. However, you must be an active participant and work to make your body stronger and more resilient to stress. Our 10:1 ImmunoCharge formula is designed to help you do that!
What are the key ingredients?
Quercetin:
Quercetin is a plant flavanol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols that adds color to plants and is mostly found in the skin and leaves of various plants. Some of the best food sources include elderberries, red onions, cranberries, capers, kale, blueberries, and apples.
Quercetin helps to improve the functional properties of immune cells while downregulating the production of inflammatory cytokines and histamines that overstimulate the body’s inflammatory response (1, 2).
Quercetin also works as a zinc ionophore and helps facilitate the movement of zinc into the cell and increase intracellular zinc levels. This process helps reduce viral replication and improves the inflammatory process (3, 4).
Zinc:
Zinc is critical for balancing the immune system and keeping the Th-1 and Th-2 systems in check. Zinc potentiates the action of the human cytokine interferon alpha, a protein that inhibits viral replication. This reduces immunological stress and improves the immune coordination (5, 6).
Zinc is also a very specific component of specific enzymes in the body including superoxide dismutase enzymes (SODs). SOD is a powerful intracellular antioxidant that protects cellular genomics and prevents viral infection and toxic debris accumulation within the cellular matrix.
Zinc helps improve the body's natural immunological response while keeping inflammatory activity from spiraling out of control (7).
Vitamin D:
Vitamin D plays an important role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. The active form of Vitamin D plays a key role in maintaining immune homeostasis (8, 9).
D3 is an immunomodulator targeting various immune cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, as well as T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes. Numerous large epidemiological studies and meta-analyses have linked inadequate vitamin D levels to a higher susceptibility to immune-mediated disorders including chronic infections and autoimmune diseases (10, 11)
N-Acetyl Cysteine:
N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a source of the essential amino acid L-cysteine, a precursor to the super antioxidant glutathione. Together, NAC and glutathione support the body’s antioxidant and detoxification activity. Glutathione is our most important antioxidant and is often deficient as we age or when we are exposed to a variety of toxins and infections.
NAC also helps to break down excess mucus and acts as a protective shield during cold and flu season (12, 13, 14). NAC offers the following health benefits:
Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant that supports both the innate and adaptive immune response with decades of research supporting its therapeutic properties. White blood cells are under enormous oxidative stress when they attack pathogens. To handle this oxidative stress, they need 50 times more vitamin C inside the cell than in the blood plasma.
Vitamin C acts to protect the endothelial lining of the blood vessels, lungs, and other important tissues from pathogens and increased oxidative stress. It also helps to tamper down inflammatory cytokines and improves immune coordination (15, 16).
Vitamin C plays a critical role in the anti-viral response by activating the anti-viral interferon – α/β. It also plays a role in decreasing the pro-inflammatory TNF-alpha and NF-Kb pathways that are associated with a higher rate of inflammatory activity in the body (17). Vitamin C offers the following health benefits:
Selenium:
Selenium (Se) is an essential trace mineral that, through its incorporation into selenoproteins, plays a pivotal role in maintaining optimal health. Insufficient intake of Se enhances predisposition to diseases associated with oxidative stress to cells and tissues while supplementation above the recommended levels has been shown to confer health benefits such as enhanced immune competence and resistance to viral infections and in animal models and human studies (18).
Selenium status is known to influence the functioning of all components of the immune system and its ability to respond to infections and cancers; Se is found in significant amounts in immune tissues such as the spleen, lymph nodes, and liver.
A selenium deficiency leads to reduced function of all immune cells and higher rates of viral infection and inflammation. Adequate levels of Se are important for initiating immunity, but they are also involved in regulating excessive immune responses and chronic inflammation (19). Selenium offers the following health benefits:
Resveratrol:
Resveratrol is the most well-known polyphenolic stilbenoid, present in grapes, blueberries, mulberries, rhubarb, and several other plants.
Resveratrol regulates immunity by interfering with immune cell regulation, proinflammatory cytokines’ synthesis, and gene expression. The effects of this biologically active compound on the immune system are associated with widespread health benefits.
Resveratrol has been shown to improve the immune response to various environmental challenges by regulating the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) and the expression of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokine release. It was also reported to promote SIRT1 and p53 signaling pathways and increase cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and natural killer (NK) immune cells.
Magnesium:
Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in the human body and is used in over 300 different physiological processes. Unfortunately, magnesium is also one of the most pervasive deficiencies in our society today.
Magnesium and vitamin A are critical for the activation of vitamin D and many people will supplement with vitamin D but not get the desired benefit due to deficiencies in magnesium and vitamin A.
A magnesium deficiency is associated with higher levels of inflammation, susceptibility to infection, trouble sleeping, muscle cramping, pain, and poor healing processes (22). Magnesium offers the following health benefits
Vitamin A:Vitamin A is an essential micronutrient for immunity, cellular differentiation, growth, reproduction, maintenance of epithelial surfaces, and vision. Vitamin A plays a critical role in the proper development of the mucosal membranes and the growth and activation of T and B-cells (23).
The epithelium lines all outer surfaces and most inner surfaces of organisms, and it functions as the “front line” of defense against pathogen invasion. Vitamin A is critical for the development and protection of these surfaces and the production of the mucosal membranes that house the antigen's non-specific immune defense.
Vitamin A also plays a critical role in the activation of vitamin D within the cell so it can carry out its desired effect. A vitamin A deficiency leads to higher viral and bacterial infection rates and higher morbidity and mortality associated with infectious diseases (24).
Vitamin K2:Vitamin K is a fat-soluble nutrient that plays a critical role in blood clotting and calcium metabolism. It is found in 2 major forms
Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) found in leafy green vegetables
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is found in dairy, egg yolk, fermented foods, and animal products.
Although these metabolites are both labeled in the vitamin K category, they have different functions. Vitamin K1 is critical for blood clotting while vitamin K2 works as a vacuum getting calcium out of the bloodstream and into the bones. This helps improve arterial health, blood flow, and oxygenation into deep tissues of the body (25).
Vitamin K2 also plays an important role in immune health and synergizes with vitamin D to optimize cardiovascular, dental, and bone health. Insufficient levels of vitamin K2 are thought to increase the risk of cardiovascular calcifications and bone loss (26).
Vitamin K2 has also been shown to be an immunomodulator which helps improve the inflammatory response which may also be a contributing factor in improving cardiovascular and bone health (27, 28). Vitamin K2 offers the following health benefits

What are the benefits?
Blood Pressure and Circulation
The inside of the blood vessel is made up of smooth muscle. This is exactly where nitric oxide is also present. It triggers a biochemical reaction that prevents the constriction of these muscles. This causes the blood vessels to expand or open up. As a result of vasodilation, your heart does not have to exert itself too much to pump the blood with greater force.
Sexual Health
Female Sexual Arousal Disorder affects up to 70% of women, while the prevalence of moderate erectile dysfunction in the United States appears to be about 30%–50% in men aged 40–70 years old. A common thread between male and female sexual function is how much both are impacted by insufficient circulation. Along with circulation, for females, nitric oxide acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain affecting the release of oxytocin and luteinizing hormone-releasing hormones, which are central in the modulation of sexual behavior.
Cognitive Function
Diminished blood flow to the brain may contribute to cognitive impairment. Adequate blood flow provides fuel and nutrients that may decrease the risk of age-related cognitive decline. Maintaining adequate nitric oxide levels in the aging brain protects many brain functions, including learning and memory.
Immunity
Adequate blood flow throughout the body allows for increased resistance to infections and provides the capability to localize offending agents. With good circulation and blood flow to every tissue in the body, the immune system can mobilize a strong defense against pathogens.
Research in the area of nitric oxide won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1998, yet its importance is still underappreciated by most.
Why choose Nitric Oxide Power?
Our formulation stimulates N-O production without the use of arginine, beetroot, or spinach.
It has long been known that the Arginine pathway is not efficient or effective for people over 40. It has also become well known that Beets and Spinach are high in oxalates. We chose the highest N-O containing food as well as the lowest oxalate contributor- arugula.
This formulation also utilizes L-5-MTHF (methyltetrahydrofolate) for those who genetically have trouble converting dietary nitrate.
What is the recommended dosage?
The most reliable way to know if your levels of Nitric Oxide are insufficient is to use the 10 second test strip. Then take 2 capsules of Nitric Oxide Power and re-test in 90 minutes. Hydrate before and after. You may notice increased thirst while taking the supplements.
Any test strips for N-O are recommended.
When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines. Reduce to a tolerable dosage if adverse effects occur.
Always consult your trusted health professional before use. Not intended for pregnant or nursing women.

Why choose Reduced L-Glutathione Plus?
Like oxygen, water, and nourishment, glutathione is an essential tripeptide required for life. Made primarily in your liver and found in virtually every human cell, it is the body’s master antioxidant and arguably the most potent barrier against disease, toxin, and mutation. It is likewise a key factor in first line-of-defense immune response, rebound, and repair. Although critical glutathione levels will lower as we age, depletion can be accelerated by stress, illness, infection, poor diet, alcohol, cigarettes, trauma, and environmental toxins. This depletion can manifest itself in ways that might include impaired nutrient absorption and assimilation, gut, lung, eye, blood, skin, and brain issues, keloid scarring, mitochondrial stress for lower energy output, DNA mutation, mass oxidation, and free radical overload (1). Theranaturals Reduced L-Glutathione Plus™ is engineered for enhanced absorption and potency with ultra-purity USP-grade glutathione and sodium bicarbonate (Bioidentical, Non-GMO, Organic). Designed for nebulization, Reduced L-Glutathione Plus™ can also be used sublingually, as eyedrops, as a nasal spray, and in skin creams. Can also be taken orally for direct gut benefit. There are NO fillers, excipients, preservatives, dyes, flavors, or flow agents in this product.
What is the recommended dosage and usage?
Normal Dosage: For nebulizing, break open 1 capsule and mix 1/2 tsp of saline or distilled water and nebulize. Nebulize until this is used up, 1-2 times daily.
Note: When mixed with distilled or DI water or saline solution, Reduced L-Glutathione Plus™ becomes isotonic, making it comfortably ideal for lung, nasal, and other soft tissue contact.
When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines. Reduce to a tolerable dosage if adverse effects occur.
What are some tips?
The capsules should separate easily by gently squeezing on the larger portion and twisting. If you have trouble gripping the capsule in your fingers, a tablet cutter or straight razor can be helpful. Add powder into the nebulizer cup before liquids.
HIGH HUMIDITY LOCATION TIPS
For those of you in high humidity areas, place silica desiccant inside a bottle or bottle in a Zip-Loc bag (once opened). If placing it in the refrigerator, place the bottle inside the Zip-Loc bag with a desiccant inside the bag –NOT IN THE BOTTLE. This is important to keep moisture away from the capsules and outside of the bottle. Refrigerators have higher humidity and the Desiccant can be pulled into the bottle. Reports from those doing this have been very good. No “turned” capsules for extended periods of time. If in a hot and humid location, follow refrigerator desiccant instructions.
Expiration: MFG date on the bottom of the bottle is the Manufacture Date, not expiration. Product is generally good for up to 3 years for this date if stored properly.
Sulfur Smell: Glutathione is organic. It has a characteristic sulfur or egg smell. This is normal. The product has not gone bad.
SULFITE REACTION MYTH BUSTING: There is NO free sulfur in glutathione – it is a tripeptide with a y-bonded carboxyl group. You can not be allergic to it. It is required for life and is safe to use.
Nebulizers: We do not recommend the use of heat-based vaporizers or any enhanced high-pressure nebulizers with this product – Doctors have reported mixed results such as GSH breakdown and clogging. Doctors have reported the best results using a nebulizer with a maximum pressure rating of 32psi (+/- 5) and operating pressure of ~16psi. Doctors have also reported positive results with non-heat-based mesh/ultrasonic nebulizers; however, these require special cleaning and maintenance procedures. Ask your doctor for a recommendation.
Warning: it is not recommended that you take glutathione if you are undergoing chemo or radiation therapy for cancer or any other condition. As a powerful antioxidant, glutathione can cancel out the treatments and render them ineffective. Consult with your doctor first before supplementation. In addition, it is not recommended to take Whey Protein Isolate or NAC while undergoing cancer radiation or Chemo treatments. These will increase glutathione levels in the body which can likewise render the treatments ineffective.
Warning: If you have been exposed to the black mold Stachybotrys chartarum (a toxic mold that infects the lungs) and have a lung infection suspected or diagnosed to be related, it is not recommended that you nebulize (oral is okay) with glutathione until the mold is treated by a medical professional via antifungals. The black mold appears to absorb the free glutathione very readily through its slime head and protects itself from the normal human immune response. Use extreme caution if you suspect a Stachybotrys chartarum infection and toxicity or have been diagnosed with a related Stachybotrys chartaum issue by a medical professional.

Stress: The Modern Epidemic
According to a recent report from the American Institute of Stress, a large subset of the population is experiencing occasional stress that impacts their lifestyle. One in 10 Americans seeks intervention to manage stress-related issues, including support for occasional mood changes, occasional sleeplessness, and lack of energy.
What is The Gut-Brain Axis and the Psychobiome?
The gut-brain axis, a bidirectional communication between gut microbiota and the central nervous system (CNS), may play a role in cognitive function, digestion, and mood. Studies show that 80-90% of the fibers in the vagus nerve are linked to the gut, providing a physical link through which the gut microbiota communicate with the brain.
Relatedly, the term psychobiome is used to describe the interaction between a person’s collective microbiome and his mental state. A diverse and balanced microbiome can help maintain the gut-brain axis.
A psychobiotic is used to describe the commensal bacteria that play a role in the gut-brain axis and support brain health.
What is 1714™?
Our solution to supporting the psychobiome uses cutting-edge probiotic technology. 1714™, a unique strain of Bifidobacterium longum, is an up-and-coming psychobiotic that can help support the management of occasional stress and its biochemical expression within the human body.
This psychobiotic exerts its effect by supporting NF-kB signaling and cytokine production, supporting IL-10 levels, and targeting the HPA axis to support healthy cortisol levels. 1714™ may support mental health, cognitive processes, neurotransmitters, and overall feeling of well-being.
In a 4-week human trial, 1714™ reduced perceived stress, improved memory performance, reduced mental fatigue, positively supported brainwave activity, and improved ability to handle occasional stress.
What is the recommended dosage?
Normal Dosage: 1 capsule with or without a meal
Advanced Dosage: 2 capsules with or without a meal
When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines. Reduce to a tolerable dosage if adverse effects occur.
