I used to take glucosamine chondroitin and MSM for joint pain, which I used for osteoarthritis; but it had minimal effect. Since watching Summits and analyzing my diet of mostly plants, with minimal dairy and wild caught fish for protein, I discovered it might be oxalates! However I was drawn to this formula with turmeric and Boswellia, and wanted to try something to decrease inflammation. My joint pain has gotten better since I started the supplement, however I'm also doing other things like restricted time eating (16:8), working out with weights 2xweek and taking a new fish oil supplement. My husband and I will also be getting a home infrared sauna-to rid of toxins and metabolic weight. So I think its the whole picture-not just one supplement. - Kim
